To kick start this fab food journey, I have 4 deliciously easy Rice Cake Desserts that are essential for those late night sweet cravings. All are under 200 calories and ready in 5 minutes!.

Instagram post 1507673306244160513_31207116 Today has definitely been one of those days where a totally made-from-scratch dinner just ain't happening. Nope. SO I whipped up a quick and easy low cal dinner using a jar of Chicken Tikka Masala sauce from Aldi. YUM! --
Serves 4.
* 1 cup Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce.
* 12 oz diced chicken breast.
* 1 cup uncooked quinoa.
* 2 cups mixed vegetables.
--
1. Add quinoa and 2 cups water to small saucepan and cook until tender. 
2. Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray and cook chicken until center is no longer pink. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. 
3. Serve quinoa with 3oz chicken and 1/2 cup mixed vegetables.

Per serving: 402 calories, 32.9 g protein.
