What I love about tostadas in general is that there are really no set rules that you have to follow when it comes to topping these beauties. Wanna throw some avocado into the mix? Go for it! Wanna substitute the black beans for re fried beans? The pantry is your oyster, friend. However, these particular tostadas are an amaaazing combination clean, guilt free and satistying flavors.
