Smoothies are definitely one of my top 3 go-to meals right now. Being a full-time college student and working part-time...sometimes a smoothie is all I have time to slurp down in between destinations. They keep me going and not to mention, they are oh so yummy.
This particular smoothie is one of my all time faves. Super easy to make and packed with yummy berries and antioxidants. I like to add a tablespoon of chia seeds to pretty much anything that I can to add that extra nutritional kick. I also find that when I add chia seeds to my meals, I stay fuller for longer which stops me from excessively snacking between meals.
Frozen berries will work just as well. In fact, I love the cold, creamy texture that you get from frozen fruit smoothies.
6 Simple ingredients, a blender and you're good to go.
