Guys, guys...GUYS!!! It's officially the start of summer and all things summery ♥ ♥ ♥
There are so many things that I adore about summer like the fact that I can eat bowls full of ice cream and just blame it on the Texas heat. Or the fact that I can now whip out my super size California floppy hat that I purchased on impulse a few years ago because I have no self control when it comes to shopping.
Above all things however, my all time favorite thing about summer has to be the sweet smell of barbecue.....Every. Where. I. Turn. It's simply beautiful.
Summertime and barbecues just share that bond that makes you think "how do people live any other way?" What even is summer time without the sweet smell of char-grilled hot dogs and the comforting sound of Margarita glasses clanking? Oh boy, I don't even want our minds to ponder on such dark thoughts guys (happy place, happy place).
Barbecues are just a fab time to get a huge group of great people together to bond over yummy things like burgers, chips and fresh fruit. Fruit that needs dip. Fruit that needs this Skinny Cream Cheese Fruit Dip specifically.
Ever wandered what an entire back yard full of happy faces looks like? Just casually place a bowl of this dip in the center of the festivities and watch your curiosities unfold my friend.
Summer is the time where we really want to be able to utilize those quick and easy recipes that satisfy a huge group of people. We want those recipes that literally take a handful of ingredients, minimal equipment and come together in the blink of an eye so that we can spend as much time in the beautiful sun as possible.
When it comes to easy, I don't know if this dip could get any easier. We're talkin' 3 ingredients. 1 bowl. 5 minutes. DONE. A creamy, sweet, refreshing bowl ready for you to waltz outside for all things dip-worthy.
